Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Byme Living and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile, then Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. If your account has a password, you’ll be asked for it.

It closes at once, and you’re signed out on every device.

Without the app

Send us a request below with the email or phone number you signed up with.

We confirm it through that email or phone before deleting anything, so nobody else can delete your account. Then it’s done within 7 days.

Removed straight away

• Your profile and profile photo.
• Your listings, which come off the market.
• Your visibility: nobody can find or message you.

Kept, because the law or a dispute needs it

• Records of identity and document checks, and the consent you gave when uploading.
• Offers, agreements and reports you were part of.
• Messages you already sent, in the other person’s chat.
• The closed account record with its email or phone, so nobody else can take over that address and pose as you.
